One Account Per Player

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and eb222 ("eb222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the eb222 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sportsbook, payment features, and all associated content available at eb222.app and any related domains or applications.
eb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eb222 will publish an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity arises, eb222's interpretation shall be final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To open and maintain an eb222 account and to use any of the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and eb222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under a legal guardianship or mental incapacity order that restricts your ability to contract.
- Single account: You must not already hold an active or previously closed eb222 account under any name, email address, device, or payment method associated with you.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have applied a self-exclusion or voluntary ban to yourself on the eb222 platform or any affiliated platform during the period of exclusion.
- Own funds: You must be depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
- Personal use only: You must be using the eb222 platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person, corporate entity, or as a professional or commercial operator.
eb222 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional documentary proof — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Account Registration

Registration Requirements

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eb222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must notify eb222 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. eb222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
eb222 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication or additional security features offered by the platform. Do not use the same password for eb222 as you use for your bKash, Nagad, or banking applications.
Account Verification (KYC)
eb222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be requested to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal, when you reach certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time eb222 deems appropriate. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements confirming your Bangladesh address. eb222 will process and store these documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. eb222 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, and to void any balance or winnings associated with such an account.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
eb222 offers a range of BDT-native payment methods designed for the convenience of Bangladesh-based players. The currently supported deposit and withdrawal channels are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers.
Deposits
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and will reflect in your eb222 account balance within approximately 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
eb222 does not impose transaction fees on deposits made through any of its supported payment methods. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, over which eb222 has no control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by the eb222 finance team during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. eb222 targets a same-day processing standard for all withdrawal requests submitted before 8 PM BST.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds may trigger additional verification steps in accordance with eb222's anti-money-laundering procedures.
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,000,000. These limits may be adjusted at eb222's discretion and are subject to the limits of your chosen payment method. VIP account holders may have different limits as specified in their individual account terms.
Refunds and Reversals
Once a deposit has been credited to your eb222 gaming balance and any portion of it has been used in play, that deposit cannot be refunded. Deposits that have not been used in any wagering activity may be eligible for return to the original payment method, subject to a formal request and administrative review. Chargeback attempts via third-party payment processors are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
eb222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day (December 16).
Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
Eligible Games
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe typically contribute 100% of each wager towards clearing bonus requirements. Live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi (including baccarat, roulette, and live blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers generally contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.80. Bonus Expiry
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion — typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. All times and deadlines are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Uncompleted bonuses that expire will be removed from your account balance along with any winnings generated from them.
One Bonus at a Time
Players may hold a maximum of one active bonus at any given time unless eb222 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Depositing or claiming a second bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing bonus will not automatically activate the new bonus — please contact support to clarify your bonus status before making additional claims.
Bonus Abuse
eb222 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear requirements without genuine play intent, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, and exploiting errors or technical glitches in bonus calculations. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses voided and the account may be permanently closed.
eb222's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
eb222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met part of the conditions, eb222 will honour a proportionate benefit at its reasonable discretion. eb222 is not obligated to match or maintain any bonus offer indefinitely.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the eb222 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances.
You Must
- Provide accurate information: Keep your account details accurate and up to date, including your name, contact details, and payment method information.
- Play for personal entertainment: Use eb222 solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not use the platform for professional gambling operations or on behalf of third parties.

- Keep credentials confidential: Maintain the security of your username and password and not disclose them to any other person.

You Must Not
- Engage in fraud: Attempt to defraud eb222 or any other player through any method, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
- Use automated software: Use bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the eb222 platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Collude with other players: Coordinate with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or engage in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation in sportsbook markets.
- Launder money: Use eb222 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. eb222 is required to report suspicious financial activity and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.
- Operate multiple accounts: Register or operate more than one eb222 account under any identity, email address, device, or payment method.
- Abuse technical errors: Take advantage of software bugs, miscalculated odds, pricing errors, or any other technical fault on the eb222 platform. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid out.
- Impersonate others: Impersonate any other person, including eb222 staff, in communications or on the platform.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
eb222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- Detection of duplicate account creation.
- Violation of the responsible gaming framework, including registering while subject to a self-exclusion order.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your eb222 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon verification of your identity, eb222 will process your closure request. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your primary BDT payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements and pending withdrawal reviews.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. eb222 will notify you by email before applying an inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. An administration fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period has elapsed will be closed without further notice.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure with no option to reopen. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
eb222 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While eb222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability, accuracy of game outcomes, and timely payment processing, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Platform Availability
eb222 will not be liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime, network interruptions, third-party service provider failures, or any event beyond eb222's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or telecommunications failures). In the event of a mid-game disconnection, eb222's server-side records will be used to determine the final state of any affected game round.
Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on the eb222 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by our third-party game studio partners. eb222 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. Losses sustained through normal gameplay are the player's sole responsibility and are not refundable.
Third-Party Content
eb222 is not responsible for the content, functionality, or accuracy of games and services provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Any disputes relating directly to game mechanics or outcomes from a third-party provider should be directed to that provider's dispute resolution process, with eb222 providing reasonable assistance in facilitating communication.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eb222's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
